I spent this afternoon sitting at the edge of Trillium Lake hanging with ducks and feeding them an occasional goldfish. After about a half hour I had 15 ducks hanging around, one bit me, and one even had splashed me and soaked my whole leg. Needless to say, they have some pretty hard ducks there. Besides that I watched the wild fire smoke clear because when we arrived you could hardly see the mountain. Luckily for me, it cleared up to give me the last little bit of sunlight hitting Mt. Hood.
